Our Caregiver Support Group meets on Monday during the time that Break Time meets. The group is intended as a guide for the challenging issues that face caregivers. We call on various speakers in their noted fields to discuss issues that are pertinent to the group. We provide emotional support and information about community services that are available for more in-depth help and support.

Participation in a support group is designed to help normalize the experience of care giving and decrease feelings of burden.

Our hope is that "Equipping the Caregiver" will help neutralize the stress of care giving and make caregivers feel more hopeful.
